Sister City Properties is a Louisville KY Real Estate Investment Company that provides All Cash Offers and Quick Closes for home sellers and multifamily property owners in unique situations.  We look for the best possible Win/Win scenario between us and a motivated seller to not only stand out from our competition but better the community within Possibility City by creating solid, long-term relationships and providing finished real estate products that we are proud of.

Our name came from the idea behind the organization, Sister Cities of Louisville, Inc.  www.SCLOU.org

“What is Sister Cities?

In 1956, President Dwight D. Eisenhower launched the People-to-People idea. His intention was to involve individuals and organized groups at all levels of society in citizen diplomacy, with hope that personal relationships, fostered through city, county and state affiliations, would lessen the chance of future world conflicts. Recognizing the importance of involving all citizens in world diplomacy, he called upon the nation’s cities as the centers of opportunity, expression and economic growth, to unite with communities around the world in building a solid structure of world peace. At the core of all sister cities relationships is an agreement, signed by the Mayors of each city, reflecting their mutual commitment to building bridges between governments, businesses and individuals. Today, through formal Sister Cities affiliations governed by Sister Cities International, 2,400 Sister Cities relationships are bringing citizens together.”

With our goals aligned, it only made sense to foster a Louisville KY Real Estate Company focused on the betterment of community relations and development .  At present, our continuing work is here, however the future may lead to real estate opportunities within our Sister Cities of Louisville.
